How Active Do I Need to be?

This is a question we sometimes ask ourselves because we know physical activities has many health benefits. It is said that some diseases like osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer can be prevented with physical activity but you do have to make an effort. The American Heart Association recommends 10,000 steps a day.  To reach you goals you can start out slow and remember any exercise is better than none.
