My Fitbit is my Motivation!

A friend of mine told me about Fitbit!

Fitbit keeps track of your steps, heart rate, sleep quality and measures your exercise routine. So, I purchased one and I love it!

It keeps me aware of my hourly activity, reminds me to move, shows how many active minutes I have and the distance I walked. It also tells me how many calories I used.

The heart rate section shows your Cardo Fitness Level and Score. You can see where you stand and find out how you compare to people of the same age range, gender and learn how you can improve your score over time.

There is a sleep stage area which gives you information on time spent in each stage of sleep – hours slept, awake time, REM, Light, and Deep sleep time. There is also a 30 day average with a graph.

There are many more options such as Smartphone notifications, articles that explain how to reach your goals and how you can connect with friends who will  inspire and compete in challenges with you.
